• Sometimes a third party's view of an issue  can provide for a solution where none seems to exist.  I would be willing to help you and your partners through this difficult situation.
• CICA calls it "monitoring".  I would like to view it as "mentoring"  If sports personalities can have a personal coach to help them fine tune their game.   You should be able to as well.
